My extended family still talks to my estranged parent. Updates them on my life. Without asking. I cut contact for reasons. Good reasons. Safety reasons. And they're violating that boundary. They think they're being neutral. Keeping everyone informed. But they're being flying monkeys. My information is mine to share. My life is mine to control. And they're taking that from me. I'm cutting off the whole family now. Not just my parent. Because they've shown whose side they're on.
