Goodbye to the me who was a shopping addict. Who filled voids with things. Who bought happiness (temporarily). New clothes. New gadgets. New decor. New purchases constantly. Packages arriving daily. Credit cards maxing. I thought I was treating myself. I deserved it. I worked hard. But I was just avoiding feelings. Retail therapy isn't therapy. It's avoidance with receipts. And the high is temporary. The debt is permanent. I'm working on the real issues now. Filling the void properly. Building contentment. Not just buying it.
