I've been lying about therapy. Said I'm going. Doing the work. Getting better. But I skip sessions. Lie to the therapist. Don't do homework. Don't try. You think I'm improving. That we're improving. That things will get better. But I'm not trying. I'm just buying time. Postponing the inevitable. I'm a fraud who's good at saying the right things. But not at changing.
