I'm leaving behind the chronically late version of me. The one who disrespected everyone's time. Including my own. I was always rushing. Always behind. Always making excuses. And it stressed me out constantly. But more importantly, it told people I didn't value them. That my time mattered more than theirs. I thought it was just my personality. Just how I am. But it was disrespectful. And changeable. I'm building better habits now. Setting alarms. Leaving earlier. Respecting time. Mine and others'.
