Goodbye to the me who was addicted to my phone. Who couldn't be present. Who lived online instead of in reality. First thing I checked in the morning. Last thing I looked at at night. Constant scrolling. Constant checking. I missed sunsets looking at Instagram. Missed conversations scrolling Twitter. Missed life watching screens. I didn't even realize how bad it was until I tried to stop. And couldn't. That's when I knew. Digital detox starts today. Real life is calling. And I'm finally answering.
